Here we celebrate the extraordinary achievements of Robert Farley who, from the confines of a wheelchair, led a productive and creative life that might put most of us to shame.
The stories and works presented on this little website accredit not only his life – Robert died in 2011 – but the lives of all those stout-hearted people for whom each day is a daunting physical struggle.
However, this page is about the website. If you want to know more about Robert, a brief biography is here, and his achievements are documented here.
This website is a "spin-off" from NewcastleOnHunter where Robert's works are also published. But for ease of viewing and immediate access to all his writings, it was created as a separate entity.
